  2. ===================Disk Copy 2.3 INSTALLATION=====================

  4. Disk Copy 2.3 does not need an installation in the usual sense. 
  5. In fact, it is necessary to create a bootable Disk Copy 2.3 CD 
  6. before using Disk Copy 2.3 for the first time. The following 
  7. chapters describe how to create a bootable Disk Copy 2.3 CD.

  9.  
  10.   1. Creating a bootable CD/DVD
  11.      The Disk Copy 2.3 software package contains a so-called ISO 
  12.      image in the file DC2.iso. It can be used to create a bootable 
  13.      Disk Copy 2.3 CD with any operating system using CD writing 
  14.      software of your choice as far as it supports creating CDs from 
  15.      an ISO image. Further information can be found in the manual 
  16.      of your CD writing software.

  18.     1). Extract the file DC2.iso from the Disk Copy 2.3 software package.
  19.     2). Start your CD writing software and choose 'Create CD from image file' 
  20.         (or similar, according to the respective CD writing software).
  21.     3). Specify the file DC2.iso as image file. 
  22.     4). Insert a blank CD into the according drive. 
  23.     5). Write the CD.

  25.      Tip for linux user: 
  26.         The easiest way of creating a bootable Disk Copy 2.3 CD under 
  27.     Linux is using the software tool cdrecord with the following 
  28.     syntax: cdrecord DC2.iso.

  30.      After having accomplished these steps you have created a bootable 
  31.      Disk Copy 2.3 CD. From this CD you can start Disk Copy 2.3 on any 
  32.      PC with a bootable CD/DVD drive as described in Booting from the 
  33.      bootable CD/DVDs.

  35.      Note: 
  36.     Generally the instructions provided above for creating a bootable
  37.     CD using the ISO image can also be adapted to DVDs.

  39.   2. Booting from the bootable CD/DVDs
  40.      Insert the bootable Disk Copy 2.3 CD into the corresponding drive. 
  41.      Switch on the computer or reboot it. Make sure that the BIOS boots 
  42.      from the respective CD drive.

  44.      After boot from the bootable Disk Copy 2.3 CD, a pre-start menu 
  45.      will appear. You have three options: Start Disk Copy 2.3, 
  46.      boot from the hard disk and reboot.

  54. prior version license and governs your use of the software.

  56. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd exclusively owns all copyrights 
  57. of Disk Copy 2.3.

  59. Disk Copy 2.3 may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is 
  60. not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution 
  61. of Disk Copy 2.3 without written permission from the copyright holder.

  63. Disk Copy 2.3 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED 
  64. OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  65. LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KINDS OF LOSS WHILE USING OR 
  66. MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  69. de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  70. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as

  76. The software is owned by CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd. and 
  77. is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions.

  79. SOFTWARE SUPPORT
  80. Support will only be provided by e-mail and only on the most current 
  81. version. Queries regarding the installation and use of the software 
  82. should be submitted by e-mail to support@easeus.com. Requests for 
  83. additional features and enhancements should be submitted by e-mail to 
  84. advice@easeus.com. We will attempt to implement all reasonable requests 
  85. but is not obliged to implement it.

  87. RESERVATION
  88. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd reserves the right to change 
  89. the license agreement of the software. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development 
  90. Co., Ltd has the right to change the product as it sees fit CHENGDU 
  91. YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd reserves the right to change prices 
  92. without notice. CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd reserves all 
  93. rights that are not expressly granted here.

  95. Installing and using Disk Copy 2.3 signifies acceptance of these terms 
  96. and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of 
  97. this license you must remove Disk Copy 2.3 files from your storage 
  98. devices and cease to use the product.
